Dr. Feder joined Kind Veterinary Clinic in 1997. Her interest in veterinary medicine developed as a child while growing up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. She attended Gustavus Adolphus College, graduating summa cum laude with a biology major and a music minor. She received her veterinary degree from the University of Minnesota where she met her husband, Jeff, who is a swine veterinarian. They have a grown son and daughter with whom they enjoy traveling and experiencing the great outdoors. They have a yellow lab named Lars, a long-haired dachshund named Charlie, a cat named Eddie, and mini Rex rabbits. In her free time, Dr. Feder enjoys playing the piano and spending time with family and friends.
