Dr. Richard Beran grew up in southwest Minnesota on a crop and livestock farm. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Agricultural Economics. Travels took him to Germany, where he completed studies in Veterinary Medicine. In 1992, he joined the Kind Veterinary Clinic, where he works on dairy, beef and small ruminants, as well as in the clinic with pets. In his extra time, he enjoys woodworking, riding bicycle, fishing, exploring new places and spending time with his two daughters.
